The Krystal Klear Foundation (Youth Mental Health) – Seeking Founding Trustees to Establish

About this opportunity

My name is Jason Frigot and I am the founder of The Krystal Klear Foundation, a new organisation based in Southampton Hampshire, dedicated to elevating mental health awareness and providing practical therapy services for young people across the UK.

We are currently at the final stage of registering as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) with the Charity Commission. All preliminary paperwork and documents are complete; we just need to name the Founding Trustees to finalise the application.

To achieve this, we are urgently seeking to recruit three passionate and skilled Founding Trustees to guide the organisation and ensure our long-term success.

We are specifically looking for individuals with expertise in the following areas:

  1. Financial Management (Treasurer): Essential experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance to manage our initial grant applications and charitable funds.
  2. Clinical or Mental Health Governance: Experience in youth psychology, counselling, social work, or clinical governance to ensure our art/music/horticultural therapy programs are safe, effective, and compliant with best practices.
  3. Charity Law/Governance or HR: Experience in setting up legal frameworks, writing policies, or overseeing HR and volunteer management.
* Although we will consider anyone that has a passion for our cause because that is the most important aspect to drive this forward in the right way.
