Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care System (ICS) is a partnership of NHS and local government organisations working together to improve the health and wellbeing of people in the communities we serve.
Integrated care is about giving people the support they need, in the right place and at the right time, joined up across partners
• The move to ICSs is set out in the Long Term Plan, building on the ambition for greater integration in the Five Year Forward View,
• The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the importance of collaboration between health and care organisations, local authorities, the VCSE sector and other partners
• We need the right legislative framework to support recovery: improving outcomes, reducing health inequalities and making the best use of the limited resources.
