Free Home Energy Check-Up’s this Winter
The Environment Centre (tEC) are delivering in-person energy advice appointments helping Southampton residents save energy and stay warm at home, in libraries across the city during Autumn-Winter 2023-2024.
During the one-to-one appointment, a member of the Southampton Healthy Homes team can help with:
- Reducing energy bills
- Accessing discounts and support
- Advice on heating and hot water systems
- Understanding meters and payment methods
- Support accessing grants for heating upgrades, insulation, and renewable technologies
- Resolving disputes or concerns with energy suppliers
- Advice on reducing damp and mould
- Staying warm and well at home.
Please note that these appointments are most suited to those who would find it beneficial to speak to us face-to-face.
