Volunteers Needed at St Denys Community Centre

Could you spare just a few hours a month and help keep your local community centre thriving?

We’re looking for friendly, community-minded people to join our team as:

You do not need previous experience — just enthusiasm, ideas, or practical skills that could help support the centre.

Whether you enjoy:

  • DIY or building maintenance
  • Electrical knowledge
  • Organising community events
  • Gardening or decorating
  • Social media, fundraising or admin
  • Or simply being part of something positive in the community

…there’s a place for you.

Most roles involve:

  • A relaxed monthly meeting (around 1½ hours)
  • Helping out in ways that fit around your time and skills
  • Supporting the future of your local community centre

You can be as hands-on or as advisory as you like — even sharing ideas or occasional guidance makes a real difference.

About St Denys Community Association

We are a registered charity and rent out rooms in our community centre for activities & parties. We also support the local community and offer rooms to support community events. We have a large bright building which is fully accessible, has a sports court and open green space.
