Garden Volunteers

About this opportunity

Woolston Station Community Garden is run by volunteers and is gardened in a wildlife-friendly way.

You can join us for one session or more than one. No experience is needed, and you can choose what you’d like to do, to suit your interests and mobility.

This might be watering, planting, weeding, pruning, tidying, writing plant labels, taking photos for our Facebook page, etc.

We provide gloves and tools, and refreshments, and we have chairs for taking a break.

We can use the toilet at the Boat Shop Cafe just round the corner.

The garden is looked after by volunteers in collaboration with Hampshire Community Rail Partnership.
