Gardening Club Volunteer

About this opportunity

We have a very exciting opportunity to join a group of dedicated volunteers who are helping us to develop and maintain our Outdoor Learning Centre in Eastleigh. We have lots of work to do, and we need many helping hands to complete our vision!

The club runs every Friday, 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm.

We are committed to safeguarding and all posts are subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.

Youth Options strives to be a diverse and inclusive organisation for our staff and those we support. Should you need any adjustments, at either application or interview, please contact us.

Youth Options is committed to encouraging further growth from diverse groups and ensure that our staff are representative of the communities we serve. We welcome applications from people of all abilities and under-represented groups. We currently have an underrepresentation from people from diverse ethnic backgrounds, people with disabilities and those with lived experience of the issues that children and young people we work with face. As such, we particularly welcome applicants from these groups.

About Youth Options

Every child and young person deserves the chance to thrive, yet too many face barriers that hold them back. At Youth Options, we’re dedicated to changing that. We support children and young people who need it the most, helping them build confidence, resilience, and ultimately, better futures. We provide a safe space where young people can be heard, supported, and empowered. Through bespoke support, alternative provision, and skills development, we help them build self-belief, improve their mental well-being, and develop the tools they need to navigate life’s challenges. But we can’t do it alone.
