LADIES SHARE HUB is a women-led , not-for-profit community group created to promote connection, wellbeing, empowerment, and mutual support among women. The group offers a safe and inclusive space where women can come together, share experiences, and access peer support in a relaxed, community led way.
Our focus is on reducing loneliness, stress, and social isolation while encouraging open conversation, mutual understanding, and wellbeing. Ladies Share Hub is particularly supportive of women who may feel isolated during life transitions, including new and expectant mothers, women trying to conceive, single women, and women navigating family life or caregiving.
Many members are married with children, thereby creating a welcoming and understanding environment where women at different life stages can come together to socialise, make friends, share experiences, and have fun together.
We currently connects primarily through WhatsApp, with regular check ins that allow members to stay connected and support one another between meet-ups.
We host monthly hangouts, in-person meet ups in line with community interest at suitable local venues in Southampton and occasionally with sessions taking place online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Activities are informal and may include group conversations, wellbeing check ins, information sharing, and signposting to local services where appropriate.
Ladies Share Hub provides peer support only and does not offer counselling or clinical services.
Self-referrals are welcome, as well as referrals from social prescribers, community navigators and partner organisations.
Ladies Share Hub is values-driven and committed to inclusion, safeguarding, and supporting women at their own pace https://www.instagram.com/ladiessharehub_uk?igsh=MThkcjJvY3hvNHdvdQ%3D%3D&utm_source=qr
