About this opportunity

Hi this is an opening for Southampton based Social prescribers and organisations to refer their clients suffering from low mood, negative thoughts and feeling Anxious.

MENTFITTZ provides a unique style to boost wellbeing in form of Lived experience fully playable video games which we are currently working on a first city centre location.

Likewise referrals are currently  being taken for 1 2 1 fitness and mindfulness classes.

About MENTFITTZ

Hi, I am a Southampton based fitness and wellbeing instructor teaching mindfulness fitness 1 2 1 sessions in Portswood. I also create video games for low mood, feeling anxious and negative thoughts and working to create ” Healthy mind and video game zones” around the city which will benefit social prescribers and their patients.
