About Us

Planet Sounds is a well-established rehearsal space in Southampton, operating for nearly 20 years. With 5 fully equipped rehearsal rooms available 6 days a week, there’s plenty of space to practise and create music!

We pride ourselves on offering great quality rehearsal rooms at a low price, and serving our music community with a smile.

These rehearsal rooms are run by SoCo Music Project, a Southampton-based music charity dedicated to helping people through music, be that through youth programmes, adult learning or through our artist development and music industry hub.

We have 5 rehearsal rooms, all equipped with a PA system, drum shells, and guitar and bass cabs. They also include drum felts and mics and leads. We also have amps/heads and drum breakables available for hire!
