A new 5 day course is available in Southampton for young people aged 16-25 years old who are interested in learning about a career in health or care.
No formal qualifications are required and there are no tuition fees. Support is also available with initial travel and meal costs during pre-employment training and work experience placements.
As well as getting hand on experience across different health or care settings, there are opportunities to apply for a Level 2 Care Certificate or apprenticeship. There is also personalised coaching and support with CV writing, job applications and interviews.
