About this opportunity

We have an opportunity to join our dynamic not for profit organisation, supporting our community in a holistic and versatile way.

The role includes:

Attending bi-monthly board meetings

Overseeing and maintaining company finances

Reporting to Companies House

Filing VAT returns

Filing of annual accounts

Managing corporation tax

We aim to bring together people of all abilities, ages and backgrounds by providing a friendly, affordable environment, providing groups/services/events that support vulnerable groups/the general community.  We are passionate about food waste and the environment as well as promoting wellbeing. We support vulnerable and excluded individuals into volunteering, training and employment, giving them confidence and boosting their employability.  We instantly adapted to COVID-19, providing a free food bank and food pantry via the café.
