Scouts Volunteers – 21st Romsey – Nursling and Rownhams

About this opportunity

At the beating heart of our programme, we need adult volunteers to lead and support our young people. By becoming a Scouts volunteer, you’ll join our amazing and strong-minded young people and help them along their Scouts journey. Most importantly, you’ll have fun.

Discovering the world. Thinking big. Survival skills. We could go on and on! Anything to do with the outdoors, camping or nature, we’ll bet you Scouts do it. All that’s missing now? You.

Our Scouts volunteers are the movers and shakers in our Scout groups. By this we mean they have big barrels of energy, bold activity plans and bright ideas.

You’ll learn how to pitch a tent, light a campfire and build dens. Or, maybe you’ll try out juggling, sketching or parascending. It’s not just our young people that gain skills for life, but our volunteers, too.

Scouts is open to everyone and that includes our amazing volunteers. We know you have something to bring to the team, whether that’s your excellent cooking skills or even just a big smile. Go on, give it a go. We’re sure you’ll never look back.

21st Romsey Scouts based in Nursling, SO16 meet on Wednesday evenings in term time. If you would like to find out more about how you can make a difference for young people in your community, get in touch.
