Sport in Mind 100K Challenge on 10th October in Southampton

About this opportunity

Sport in Mind 100k Your Way Challenge. Move for your mental health. Move for someone you love. Move to change lives.
This October, take on the 100km Your Way Virtual Challenge and help support mental health across the UK.
Starting on World Mental Health Day (10 October), you ‘ll complete 100km over 10 days, at your own pace. Walk, run, cycle, swim, dance or combine activities. Take part on your own or as a team. Supported by Tom Bosworth (Olympian and Sport in Mind Ambassador), every kilometre you complete helps raise vital funds for Sport in Mind’ s mental health services for children and adults, while encouraging conversations that challenge stigma.
How you can take part:

  • Enter as an individual or as a team Sign up on your own, with friends, as a family, or as part of a club or community group. Every participant and every team helps us get closer to our fundraising goal.
  • Track your progress Once you’re registered, you’ll appear on the Sport in Mind leaderboard, where you can follow your kilometres, celebrate milestones and see how your fundraising compares with others.
  • Fundraise as you move! Share your challenge with friends & family to encourage donations. Every pound you raise helps Sport in Mind support more children and adults with mental health challenges.
Best wishes
Kirsty
