Tenants Advice – supporting Tenants with housing issues in Southampton

About this opportunity

Tenants Advice

I would like to introduce Tenants Advice, a free and independent service advocating for tenants with housing issues such as outstanding repairs, reporting unresolved repairs to housing providers, and tenancy-related problems. We support private tenants, social housing tenants, and leaseholders.
If you would like, I would like to organise a meeting with you to discuss how we can join in partnership to help a high volume of tenants with their outstanding repairs
We currently work with many foodbanks, community centres, charities, social prescribers and mental health charities across England offering client advocacy and believe we can offer the same with your service
How We Help Residents:
We’re keen to work with the local community to help residents better understand their housing rights and access support when they experience problems. This could include referrals, joint advice sessions, or sharing information with your community.

Please note, whilst we do our best to keep information as up-to-date as possible, over time community services may change some details such as dates, times, and locations. The information we share is therefore subject to change. Our goal is to showcase available support services within the city. However, inclusion in this database does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any organisation. Click here to read our full disclaimer.

If you find any errors, please let us know by emailing Community@southamptonvs.org.uk  so we can amend the incorrect information.
