About Oasis Christian Trust

Oasis Christian Trust is a registered Charity; keeping a Christian presence on the high street since 1984.  At our Grade 2 listed bookshop in the heart of Romsey town centre, close to the Abbey, we sell the largest variety of bibles in the local area, a great range books both new and pre-loved and offer a wide range of affordable gifts & cards, proudly promoting Fair Trade through the sale of ethically traded crafts and wholefoods. We also make a great cuppa and keep the Trust’s values alive by offering a friendly face and a kind ear to those who need to retreat from the street for a while.   The shop engages with the community through running events such as craft and author evenings and being a Fair Trade presence at local schools, country shows and church fairs. The trust aims to expand it’s outreach and ability to provide further community support including story-time social events for children during the school holidays, through fundraising activities and an enhanced social media presence. We are growing the team to strengthen capability across the board and support the Trusts future growth.
