The Hampshire Fire Service offers free home fire safety checks to support  vulnerable members of the community. Here are the key details: Eligibility: The service is available to individuals who are over 65, have cognitive impairments, mobility issues, or smoke indoors.  Service Offerings: The checks include providing a custom-made information pack on fire safety, installing smoke alarms, and issuing fire retardant bedding if needed.  Application: You can request a visit by completing a referral form on the Hampshire Fire Service website or by contacting their community safety team.  What is a Home Fire Safety Visit?
