We’re No Limits – Free and Confidential support with no appointments needed

Who we are:

Whatever your issue, whether it’s around mental health, housing and homelessness, sexual health, substance use, money, or anything else, our trained youth workers are available to support, advise and educate you, helping you to grow in confidence, manage your life and build a brighter future.

Our Advice Centre is the place to go for support with any issue including:

  • Emotional wellbeing and mental health
  • Housing and homelessness
  • Relationships and domestic abuse
  • Loneliness and isolation
  • Drugs, alcohol and smoking 
  • Education, employment and training
  • Money advice and claiming benefits
  • Sexual health and contraception
  • Offending and legal issues

As well as being a safe space to come and get support, it has lots of facilities all available for free use, including a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, phone charging station and computers for internet access.

Our friendly drop-in centre is on 13 High Street, SO14 2 DF (near East Street)

Opening times 

Monday, Tues and Friday – 10 am to 5 pm

Wednesday and Thursday, 10 am to 8 pm (late evening slot)

and Saturday 10 am to 1.30 pm

When: Every Tuesday from 2.00 to 4.00 pm
Where: No Limits Advice Centre, 3 High Street, SO14 2DF
Age Range: 11-25 years

Range of Support:

  • Help to access the Internet and search for vacancies
  •  Help to set up your own e-mail address
  •  Support to write and print CVs
  •  Support for filling out application forms and cover letters
  •  Training for phone and face-to-face interviews
  •  Referrals to training and local work experience opportunities
  •  Information on volunteering opportunities.

Therapeutic Service:

Within this service we offer counselling, Youth wellbeing practitioner interventions and group work for children and young people 5 – 18 (or 24 if SEN or care leaver).
