Sainsbury’s telephone assisted shopping

Individuals can contact Sainsbury’s Customer Care Team and explain that they need support to set up a Telephone Shopping Account for Assisted Shopping, for people who are housebound, cannot travel to the shops or cannot manage online shopping

There is a secure line for card payments and Sainsbury’s will be able to fully why they need particular information for this service.

Sainsbury’s can take a list of items over the phone and will arrange for delivery to the individual’s home.

Orders placed before 6 pm can be delivered the next day.
